Intro to iphone photography

People often ask me if I bring my “big camera” everywhere I go. While I probably should, I don’t. My big camera can get heavy, and lugging my bag with all my gear in it is just not my idea of a good time unless its on a photo walk or photo session. Plus the thought of leaving all my gear in my car for any reason gives me gray hairs. For these reasons, I’ve come to rely on my smartphone camera for most of my daily photography needs.

For this course you will need a smart phone with a camera!

For editing purposes find and download the free app called snap seed, or one similar to it. Also for watermarking your images... you can watermark with your name, and do it all from the app, look for and download the app called iwatermark on iphone and for something similar on android. If you are interested in doing any sort of photo journaling, the iphone app you will want is called Collect. Android does have photo calendar/journals as well.

**All recommended apps in this course offer a free and paid versions.

Apps recommend to have/get before starting:

Collect

iwatermark

snapseed

Every lesson has an assignment for you to do so you can apply the techniques your learning about, and an option to submit an image from that assignment.
